• Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry and counselling to conversion and enrollment
• Maintain lead information, sales pipelines, and candidate interactions using CRM tools
• Follow established sales processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
