About the role

The Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition at Jabil, Inc. will undergo an intensive development program designed to cultivate future leaders within our global talent acquisition function. This role provides hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, employer branding, and HR analytics, preparing the successful candidate for a progressive career path in talent management.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to understand talent landscapes, industry trends, and competitor recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Support the coordination of candidate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
• Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition process improvement, HR technology, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
