Manager- A2R Finance

About the role

They are responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (often transitioning to or leveraging SAP S/4HANA) to align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• The SAP FICO Manager will lead a team of Functional Analyst and Architect to oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions
• This position requires expert in people management, deep functional expertise in core accounting and managerial costing processes
• The manager ensures financial reporting accuracy, system integration, and compliance with local and global financial standards
• Working closely with external partners on the contract management and licensing of applications
• Bridging top down communication : Work closely with Leaderhsip on all management communication
