What you'll do

• Preparation of Financial Statements and audit schedules needed for the Legal Entity to comply with regulatory requirements of the Local GAAP and other compliance…
• Analysis of financial results to arrive at meaningful conclusions
• Understand and perform Audit adjustments based on GAAP differences and signficance of the transactions; Reconcilition of local GAAP & US GAAP records
• Support filing of statutory reports with assistance from legal teams
• Lead statutory audits by ensuring timely provision of information

• 10–12 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant
