Manager - Actuarial( Reserving- Non Life)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Actuarial professional to join our Actuarial team at Marsh Risk Consulting. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you'll do

• Perform actuarial, financial, and statistical analysis to assess and quantify client risks
• Work independently with minimal supervision, leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and strategic goals
• Contribute to and lead the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring findings are clearly structured and communicated
• Participate in and, where appropriate, lead projects, taking increasing responsibility for more complex assignments
• Contribute to client relationship management and identify opportunities for new business, where relevant
