About the role

This role will take ownership and lead the execution of Pru Africa’s product roadmap. The role will work closely with the Regional Senior Manager-Products to ensure products are delivered according to agreed plans to support achievement of Africa’s financial targets Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures Impacted:

What you'll do

• Lead, contribute to and oversee execution of product development roadmap
• Contribute to the build, challenge and enhancement of product proposals to deliver value to Prudential Africa’s customers and to achieve Prudential Africa’s VNB targets
• Work closely with and manage key stakeholders effectively for the achievement of the product roadmap
• Development of robust product propositions resulting in development of competitive and profitable products
• Execution of agreed product roadmap within the agreed timelines

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Actuarial
• Roadmapping
• B.Tech or B.E.
