About the role

The Manager – Advisor Compensation oversees the calculation and processing of Advisor contest payouts, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, precision, and compliance due to the significant financial impact of compensation outcomes. The role requires strong analytical and simulation expertise to assess various payout scenarios, validate financial implications, and provide data-driven recommendations through robust MIS reporting.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely calculation and processing of advisor contest payouts
• Meet defined payout timelines and service level agreements
• Maintain high levels of payout accuracy with minimal error rates
• Perform reconciliation and validation checks to ensure financial integrity of payouts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payout discrepancies and exceptions
