Manager - Agency Strategy

About the role

The ro le is responsible to Build and run a structured program that helps agents and advisors qualify for MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) membership, including COT and TOT levels, and grow the number of qualifiers year over year. Amit Kumar, Associate Vice President, Agency Strategy Agency Sales, Distribution Strategy, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Learning & Development, and Senior Leadership Team.

What you'll do

• Identify high-potential agents and build individual MDRT roadmaps (premium, commission and income goals)
• Run monthly and quarterly tracking against MDRT thresholds, with early-warning s for agents falling behind
• Conduct coaching sessions on prospecting, need-based selling, case sizing and persistence
• Plan MDRT-focused training, workshops and mentoring by existing qualifiers
• Design recognition, contests and rewards that keep agents motivated
