Manager AML KYC

About the role

Lead and manage the AML/KYC team responsible for investor account opening, periodic refresh, and account maintenance reviews. Manage a team of approximately 10–20 AML/KYC analysts and senior analysts, with responsibility for work allocation, capacity planning, quality, performance, and development. Allocate work, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure assessments are completed within established service-level timelines.

What you'll do

• Responsible for investor account opening, periodic refresh, and account maintenance reviews
• Manage a team of approximately 10–20 AML/KYC analysts and senior analysts, with responsibility for work allocation, capacity planning, quality, performance
• Oversee the tracking and resolution of pending AML/KYC documentation for investor accounts, fund promoters, and complex legal entities
• Review escalated files and support the team in identifying appropriate documentary evidence, ownership information, risk factors, and due diligence requirements
• Ensure documentation is complete, current, appropriately approved, and maintained in accordance with regulatory, internal, and client-specific standards

What you need
