Manager, Analytics

About the role

As Analytics Manager at Cvent, you will own and drive the company's analytics and pricing intelligence agenda. You will manage a portfolio of analytics projects end-to-end spanning product usage, revenue, customer behavior, and pricing strategy while also serving as the primary analytical owner for Pricing.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the full analytics project portfolio - scoping, prioritization, execution, and stakeholder communication across all active workstreams
• Define and maintain analytics roadmaps aligned to business OKRs; present progress and outcomes to senior leadership on a regular cadence
• Conduct comprehensive lifecycle analysis including data gathering, cleansing, advanced statistical modeling, and strategic recommendations
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reports in Sigma/Tableau to enable business teams to access insights independently
• Partner with Engineering and Data Platform teams to improve data quality, pipeline reliability, and overall analytics infrastructure
