About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for software applications,Candidate to have good knowledge of Loan Lifecycle Process with a solid understanding of SQL and Linux commands being a significant advantage.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications
• Respond to and resolve application issues reported by end-users promptly
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Perform data analysis and create reports as needed

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Linux
• Data analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
