About the role

Experience working with CPG/FMCG companies in sales and supply chain execution, digital dashboards, control towers, and data-driven decision making.

What you'll do

• Drive achievement of zonal primary and secondary sales targets while ensuring profitable growth
• Monitor distributor inventory, sales, fill rates, stockouts, and sales losses through the Supply Chain Control Tower
• Ensure availability of focus SKUs and drive range selling across distributors and markets
• Identify inventory risks and drive timely replenishment actions to maintain inventory norms and service levels
• Coordinate with sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to resolve supply constraints and improve execution

What you need
