What you'll do
- Facilitate customer inspection activities
- Handle customer queries and ensure adherence to quality protocols
- Prepared/ maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality, including inspection reports, calibration reports of instruments, NCR. Rejection report & DATA
- Maintain inspection logs and provide customer reports
- Maintaining instruments calibration record and review the same on monthly basis
