Manage a team of Sales Managers directly and a team of Sales Managers indirectly
Designing, implementing, and executing strategies for continuous growth
Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, LOB wise GWP, market share and other
Providing the required training to the team and periodic review of team performance and set agenda in line
Responsible for timely hiring, maintaining and encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
