Manager - Billing Operations & Solutions

About the role

The Manager, Service Enablement, is a first-line people leader responsible for analysts across four individual-contributor levels, from developing analysts through lead professionals. The team supports operational capabilities that may include customer-facing billing messages and communications, enterprise access provisioning, and related business-system services.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop teammates spanning levels; set clear expectations and tailor assignments, guidance, and development plans to employee experience and role scope
• Translate organizational priorities into team goals, work plans, capacity decisions, performance measures
• Assign and balance work based on complexity, customer or employee impact, security and compliance risk, urgency, development opportunity, and available capacity
• Oversee operational services that may include billing statement and communication support, enterprise access provisioning, approvals, exception management
• Review and approve requirements, business rules, workflow designs, validation approaches, release-readiness recommendations, provisioning standards
