Manager - Business Analytics, Consumer Growth

About the role

This person will help define the metrics, cohorts, dashboards, experiments, and business insights that will eventually shape the consumer growth construct for JioStar. The role will coordinate with the central analytics teams (digital & linear) to understand the JioStar consumer, churn out insights, and design platform experiments.

What you'll do

• Oversee the Analytics function for the consumer growth business pod and coordinate with the central analytics team and linear TV team for data and insights generation
• Ensure strong alignment with Central Analytics on data definitions, dashboards, tracking and governance
• Build the core measurement framework: frequency, retention, engagement, churn, resurrection, tier progression, rewards, and user value
• Analyze user behavior across cohorts, content genres, sports, entertainment, devices, regions and frequency bands
• Identify patterns in audience behavior, content performance, and market trends to power construct decisions
