What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery for the assigned finance process or portfolio, ensuring agreed service levels, quality, accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor operational performance through meaningful KPIs, root-cause analysis and action plans; provide transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Plan resources effectively across business cycles, month/quarter/year-end peaks, transitions and transformation initiatives. Finance Process Leadership
• Lead one or more finance domains based on experience and business need: RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership and/or FP&A
• Maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, desktop procedures, control evidence and knowledge repositories
