Manager, Business Continuity & Operational Risk

About the role

Russell Investments is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Continuity to join the Global Risk Management (GRM) team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing and mitigating business continuity and operational resilience risks across Russell Investments globally, while providing management oversight of the Mumbai Business Continuity team.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the enterprise Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme
• Develop and maintain business continuity policies, standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business processes, recovery priorities, dependencies and recovery objectives
• Ensure business continuity plans (BCPs) are documented, current and regularly reviewed across all business units
• Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Facilities and business teams to strengthen enterprise resilience capabilities
