Manager - Business Development & Community Outreach

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Manager – Business Development & Community Outreach professional to build strong connections between the hospital and the local community. The role will focus on developing referral networks, engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals, conducting community outreach activities, and creating awareness about hospital services.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders
• Build a strong referral network for the hospital
• Identify potential referral partners and develop new relationships
• Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with doctors and community partners
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, screening initiatives, and community outreach activities
