About the role

A Talent Acquisition - Manager is responsible for managing team of TA for attracting, recruiting, and hiring the best talent for an organization. They develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll do

• This includes identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and determining the best sourcing channels for attracting candidates
• This includes collaborating with hiring managers, building relationships with potential candidates, and managing relationships with external staffing agencies
• This helps to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement
• This ensures that the organization's recruitment practices are up-to-date and competitive
• This includes adhering to employment laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies
