Directly manages daily shop-floor execution, operator allocation, and immediate batch manufacturing targets. Focus on maximizing machinery yield, minimizing material wastage during compression and coating, and enforcing room-level cGMP guidelines. Create and execute daily shift schedules to meet immediate tablet and capsule production targets.
