Manager - C&B (Civil)

About the role

To lead end-to-end costing, budgeting, and commercial control for civil works across projects, ensuring financial discipline, cost optimization, and alignment with project and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead project costing across lifecycle stages including feasibility, design, tendering, and execution
• Prepare and validate detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows for civil works
• Drive end-to-end cost control by monitoring budgets, validating commercial decisions, and proactively mitigating cost overruns
• Review BOQs, rate analysis, and support tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract finalization
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders; ensure commercial accuracy and control
