About the role

Manager-Capital Markets at Corporate Professionals. We are looking for a person having Merchant Banking experience/ having worked in a listed company.

What you'll do

Demonstrate proficiency in SEBI Regulations, ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements)
LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Buyback Tregulations, IPO (Initial Public
Manage client relationships and liaise with regulatory bodies as required
