About the role

The role is responsible for driving standardization, operational efficiency, and capability building, while supporting business units with clinical expertise, scalable solutions, and process excellence across all clinical practice areas.”

  • Manage end-to-end clinical program delivery (PA, UM,etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
  • Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams (USRN/PharmD/coders)
