Manager

About the role

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, facilities, security, transport, housekeeping, vendor management, asset management, and employee support services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Preference will be given to candidates from the Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces, or other disciplined services due to their strong leadership, operational planning, and crisis management capabilities.

What you'll do

• Manage office administration operations across all locations
• Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office infrastructure
• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, guest house, and reception services
• Manage office seating, space utilization, and facility improvements
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
