What you'll do

• Oversee the generation of soft and hard dunning notices in bulk using predefined rules and
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of digital and physical legal notices to delinquent
• Identify cases suitable for arbitration or actionable under Section 138 of the Negotiable
• Coordinate bulk assignment of cases to external counsel, ensuring accurate documentation
• And adherence to protocols
