About the role

Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance framework for the NBFC, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Interpret and monitor changes in regulatory requirements, communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance framework for the NBFC, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
• Conduct regular audits, and compliance reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure that the company's operations meet regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance matters, offering training and support to ensure understanding and adherence to policies
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner
• Design and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance-related matters and encourage a culture of compliance within the organization

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
