Manager - Compliance

About the role

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal, regulatory, and advisory support across product management, IFSC operations, business initiatives, and internal reporting. The incumbent ensures regulatory compliance, product governance, and alignment with applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies while supporting business growth and innovation.

What you'll do

• Review and approve advertisements, marketing collaterals, and digital campaigns for regulatory compliance
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and product approvals
• Advise business and marketing teams on advertising compliance requirements
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in customer-facing communications
• Maintain approval records and support regulatory audits and inspections

What you need
