About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Group Consolidation Manager to own the preparation of monthly Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) under US GAAP for a privately held multinational group of 20+ entities across the US, North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC (revenue approx. USD 700 Mn). This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Finance (Consolidation & Tax Head).

What you'll do

  • Monthly consolidation and reporting
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, equity roll-forward) under US GAAP, and quarterly and annual packages for lenders
  • Own the consolidation calendar, close timetable and reporting-pack requirements for all entities
  • Perform intercompany eliminations and investment eliminations; reconcile intercompany balances and transactions
  • Handle foreign currency remeasurement and translation (ASC 830), including CTA and FX reserves, across multiple functional currencies
