About the role

Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices. Review, analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet contractual obligations for both contractors and employers. Manage change order management, including reviewing contract amendments and deviations.
