Manager - Contract Management

About the role

This role will require high-level executive office management with hands-on work across pre-contracting, post contracting, and CLM-led contract operations. The incumbent acts as a specialist who shapes, drives, and tracks the contracts and compliance agenda across the contract lifecycle, while also managing critical priorities, information flow, and follow-through for the CLM Department.

What you'll do

• Act as the point of coordination for managing priorities, information flow, and follow-ups across functions and business units
• Support when requirement on contracting activities focusing on risk allocation, compliance, and standardisation
• Track progress of CLM related project and support obligation mapping, risk and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with business owners, finance, and operations to track performance, variations, renewals, terminations, and disputes
• Contribute to development and refinement of standard reports on contract performance, risk, and compliance for leadership reviews
