Manager - Corporate Accounts

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for allocated part in preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with the applicable laws (Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Accounting Standards). This role requires strong analytical skills, diligence, and the ability to communicate with group companies.

What you'll do

• Provide analytical insights useful for decision making by management
• Analyse events, transactions for accounting implications
• Tracking accounting developments and plan for its implementation
• Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed

What you need

• 3–7 yrs of experience
• SEBI regulations
• Ind AS
• US GAAP
• Communication
• Companies Act
• Financial reporting
• Chartered Accountant
