Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders for seamless policy servicing.

What you'll do

Manage end-to-end servicing and backend operations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service requests
Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders for seamless policy servicing
Monitor policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and other post-sales service activities
Track service TATs, pending cases and escalations while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall client experience
