• Be responsible for driving business growth by enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling financial products
• Play a key role in promoting third-party products (TPPs) such as mutual funds and insurance, generating fee income, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from corporate employees and mapped customers
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service standards across branches
• Oversee branch administration and ensure operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
