Manager – Corporate Finance CoE

About the role

Graduate or postgraduate with a specialisation in finance and a strong academic record. CFA (Level 1 passed or above) and or CA preferred; CA candidates should have meaningful exposure to capital markets or valuation. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint assumed 8-11 years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, or consulting with corporate finance exposure (6-9 years if your highest qualification is postgraduate)

What you'll do

• Working with the CoE Director, lead 2 teams of Project Leads, Associates and Analysts to produce client-ready research and insights, and drive the team’s overall answer
• Own quality end to end: select the right analytical approach for the question, pressure-test the logic, and hold an error-free bar across every workstream
• Use and champion AI in day-to-day delivery
• Apply tools such as Claude and ChatGPT along with proprietary CF AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and drafting; help the team adopt them well and safely
• Own staffing and workload across your teams, assigning specific workstreams and managing capacity appropriately
