Manager, Customer Success Management

About the role

The Manager role in our Customer Success Management team is a leader and advisor to a group of Customer Success Managers who directly support a set of high value, strategic accounts. The Manager, CSM is an expert who can advise their team in building, maintaining and leveraging customer relationships through a strong blend of Alteryx product knowledge and business consultation focusing on customer retention and growth.

What you'll do

• Work with sales leaders to drive sales through optimizing processes, training of team, and development of a culture of collaboration, learning, and success
• Guide team through weekly 1x1 sessions, to ensure they are fostering & building relationship with assigned customers, which include: increasing adoption
• Drive team initiatives for continued success, growth, scaling and development
• Ensure team is proactively working with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals

What you need
