Manager - Cybersecurity (SOC, GRC & Security Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across Security Operations (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Engineering functions. This role will drive team performance, execution excellence, workforce planning, and cybersecurity program maturity while supporting a fast-growing global environment.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering
• Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives
