Manager, Dashboards & Reporting, Financial and Future Planning

About the role

Responsible for management, analysis and reporting of conference production financial and future planning data, including expense templates, roll ups, growth projections, financial dashboard, calendar dashboard, and attendee heatmap dashboard. The successful candidate will also provide analysis and actionable reports to aid senior leadership decision making as well as future venue sourcing & capacity planning.

What you'll do

• Build, manage, and continuously improve 600+ complex and cross-linked templates
• Maintain and improve Conference Production Financial Dashboards, Global Conferences Calendar Dashboard, and Conferences Attendee Heatmap Dashboard in Power BI
• Data aggregation and cleaning, power queries, data modelling, Power BI visualization design, programming in DAX, and mapping to Smartsheet
• Construct Financial Projections models to include Scenario Analysis and Growth Curve Analysis. Investigate current best practices for predictive data modelling
• Design and build from start to finish complex analytic models and tools to support global team, utilizing advanced Excel and VBA modelling skills
