About the role

The Manager of Data Administration is responsible for leading the GCC delivery and production support activities of HR Information Systems (HRIS) in support of HR strategy and business operations. This role manages a team of HRIS Analysts and HRIS Production Support Analysts, and partners closely with Corporate HRIS leaders and colleagues, IT, and other key stakeholders

• Enhancements, production support and process improvement activities, including
• Manage the delivery and ongoing production support of HR systems, ensuring
• Solutions and services meet business requirements, operational needs, quality
• Standards, and established service expectations
