About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Data & ML Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Platform and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves managing data engineering projects ensuring the successful implementation of machine learning solutions and contributing to the companys data-driven initiatives.

What you'll do

• Oversee the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks to drive business insights and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing data pipelines for enhanced decision-making
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of data platforms by leveraging Azure Platform capabilities
• Lead the development of data processing frameworks that support real-time analytics and reporting
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
