What you'll do

• Leading teams in developing and implementing capabilities aligned with Deals Strategy focus areas
• Managing client engagements from strategy development to execution, confirming alignment with M&A objectives
• Developing standardized delivery modules, including vendor benchmarking and survey analysis
• Providing day-to-day coaching and mentorship to team members on work-planning and problem-solving
• Promoting innovative ideas and services by applying industry knowledge and societal trends
