About the role

Q2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join the Leadership Team of the Service Delivery Centre of Excellence (CoE). As part of this role, you will contribute to delivering innovative digital banking solutions to our North American Banking & Financial Services Clientele.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and quality assurance
• Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes for technical delivery, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring successful project delivery
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration

What you need
