About the role

The incumbent shall be responsible for the design management, coordination, documentation and administration of multiple high-value projects, whilst adhering to the corporate governance protocols, and help in constructing projects across Bhogapuram Aerocity.

What you'll do

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Good in Architectural design, site planning and good understanding and exposure on infrastructure and landscape design
  • Develop land parcels and create feasibility plans & sections for budgeting, create test fits, and prepare vision statements for onboarding consultants
  • Finalize of Concepts with management approvals, undertake Design Development and prepare Tender documentation
  • Review design documentation of structure, MEP in line with architecture brief to ensure adherence with the design intent
