What you'll do

• Team Leadership & Delivery Management Manage and coach a team of offshore DevOps engineers, including 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development plans
• Own sprint and quarterly planning for the offshore DevOps workstreams, ensuring realistic capacity allocation across CI/CD, security remediation
• Identify and remediate single-point-of-failure (SPOF) risk within the team by building cross-training plans and documented ownership for critical systems (CI/CD…
