The objective of this job is to closely work with R&D team and develop Diagnostic procedures , Advanced Diagnostic tools and improve the repair quality at dealer workshop The objective of this job is to closely work with R&D team and develop Diagnostic procedures , Advanced Diagnostic tools and improve the repair quality at dealer workshop

What you'll do

  • Developing diagnostic procedures for new models
  • Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems
  • Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field
  • Representing service to capture field failures in various new product DFMEA’s
  • Validation of the diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field

What you need

  • 7–9 yrs of experience
  • Technical writing
  • Wiring
  • B.Tech or B.E.
