Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2C growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and app marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply data-driven, and has hands-on experience scaling performance and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

• Growth & Performance Marketing
• Own and scale performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging platforms
• Drive user acquisition with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort & creatives performance
• Plan and execute full-funnel growth strategies from awareness to conversion
• Leverage AI tools for bid optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing to improve campaign performance
