About the role

To manage digital payment operations through oversight of reconciliation, settlement, dispute management, operational controls, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance while driving process improvements, operational efficiency and risk management objectives. Manage reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate operational and financial risks.

What you'll do

• Manage digital payment operations through oversight of reconciliation, settlement, dispute management, operational controls, vendor governance
• Manage reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate operational and financial risks
• Oversee dispute management and customer grievance resolution and ensure timely processing of debit, credit, and adjustment transactions
• Monitor operational controls, service levels, productivity metrics, and turnaround times across digital payment operations
• Drive automation, process enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives to strengthen controls and improve service delivery

What you need

• MIS reporting
