About the role

The Manager - Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, dispute management, and digital payment operations to ensure zero financial losses and minimal operational errors.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, dispute management
• Manage reconciliation, settlement, and chargeback processes to ensure accuracy and prevent financial losses
• Oversee dispute management and ensure timely processing of customer debits, credits, and grievance resolution
• Monitor operational controls, service standards, and turnaround times across digital operations processes
• Drive automation initiatives and improve reconciliation accuracy and operational efficiency
