About the role

This role drives plant-wide EHS performance by reducing operational risks, preventing workplace incidents, ensuring statutory compliance, and minimizing environmental impact.

What you'll do

• Lead the plant EHS strategy, ensuring alignment with Goodyear’s global and regional standards, business priorities, and statutory requirements
• Drive execution of the EHS Regional Plan, translating priorities into measurable plant-level objectives
• Drive Absolute Safety principles across critical risk areas, including LOTO, machine safety, hot work, PIV, electrical safety, and working at height
• Ensure effective implementation of Risk Assessments, JSAs, HSE Plans, and emergency preparedness frameworks
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA to prevent recurrence

What you need
