About the role

In this role the Manager (EE, Advanced Structures) actively participate in NPI, redesign and sustenance activities on electrical & electronics design, development, verification, and validation.

What you'll do

  • Manages, develops, and motivates a team of electrical & electronics engineers to deliver engineering solutions
  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports
  • Performs project Planning, develops and administers budget, schedules and performance standards
  • Performs resource planning, analyses hiring requirements, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance
  • Leads departmental initiatives to enhance organization process improvements
